We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Body Pump: Burn over 600 caries in one hour with this upbeat, intense, total body workout which utilizes a barbell to change your body! Be brave and finish strong. Bring your mat!


Zumba & PiYo

Zumba: “Ditch the workout and join the party!” Burn over 500 calories with a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a fun party atmosphere.

PiYo Live: A pre-designed class that will really get your heart rate goin as it features various styles of Yoga and Pilates in continuous movement and flow from one exercise to another. Bring your mat.


Courts Plus Classes

Synergy: Combines a variety of exercises and training tools in one efficient space. The dynamic system includes connected equipment, accessories and various training stations fro a total-body workout.

Insanity: Maximum Interval Training

Cycling: An intense hour of cycle with a combination of climbs, sprint and hovers. Power Ride is  a 45 minute cycling blast!

Tabata: A moderate to high intestate cardio interval class that is designed for a quick metabolic burn.

Yoga: Learn to steady the mind by connecting the body to breath. With face, we will move through sun salutations and flow sequences. Bring your mat and get ready to stretch, breathe and smile. (In the raquetball court)

Aqua Aerobics: Muslce toning and fat burning in a water environment that reduces impact and stress on joints. Excellent pre-postnatal workout.

Aqua Body Conditioning: A low-impact water aerobics conditioning class for those beginning water aerobics or for those lookin for a cardio class that is easy on the joints. All fitness levels.
